Booking a 1:1 session provides a single, focused coaching session tailored to your immediate needs. The monthly package includes 12 sessions in 12 weeks, offering ongoing support, accountability, and more in-depth strategies to achieve long-term goals.
My role is to guide and support you in discovering the best strategies that work for you with an ADHD lens and support tools. Together, we'll explore options, but ultimately, you'll make the decisions that align with your goals and values.

I understand that things come up. You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Yes, with the 12 week package, you have access to ongoing support via email or messaging between sessions to address any questions or challenges that arise.
We offer a client commitment guarantee. If you attend the session and fully engage but feel it did not provide value, we’ll discuss next steps to support your success.
No, ADHD coaching can never be a substitute for therapy.
