My role is to guide and support you in discovering the best strategies that work for you with an ADHD lens and support tools. Together, we'll explore options, but ultimately, you'll make the decisions that align with your goals and values.

How do I know if ADHD coaching is right for me?

If you're struggling with various challenges related to your ADHD, coaching can be a great way to help you. Personalized ADHD coaching offers strategies tailored to your unique needs, helping you manage your symptoms effectively and achieve your goals.

What can I expect from the first session?

In your first session, we'll identify your primary challenges, set clear goals, and develop an action plan. You'll leave with practical strategies and a sense of direction to start making positive changes.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results vary depending on individual circumstances and commitment. Many clients start to see improvements after one session. Many clients will see improvement in focus, productivity, and confidence within a few sessions.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

I understand that things come up. You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Is there support between sessions?

Yes, with the 12 week package, you have access to ongoing support via email or messaging between sessions to address any questions or challenges that arise.

What if I’m not satisfied with the coaching session?

We offer a client commitment guarantee. If you attend the session and fully engage but feel it did not provide value, we’ll discuss next steps to support your success.

Is ADHD coaching a substitute for therapy?

No, ADHD coaching can never be a substitute for therapy.

ADHD coaching helps you develop practical strategies and skills to manage lifestyle aspects of your ADHD in daily life, focusing on goal-setting and productivity.

For mental health concerns, always seek help from a licensed therapist or counselor. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they are not interchangeable. It is ideal to work with a therapist while doing ADHD coaching.
